This website is owned and operated by CIRCADIA, a brand developed by Foam Home India Pvt Ltd, a mattress manufacturer established in 1976.
Throughout the website, the terms “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to CIRCADIA.
2. Made-to-Order Production
All CIRCADIA mattresses are handcrafted individually upon order confirmation.
Unlike mass-produced mattresses, each product is manufactured specifically for the customer based on the selected size, configuration and specifications.
Because every mattress is made to order:
- Production begins only after the order is confirmed.
- Minor variations may occur due to the handcrafted nature of the product.
- Manufacturing timelines may vary depending on production schedules.
3. Pricing
All prices listed on the CIRCADIA website are:
- Quoted in Indian Rupees (INR)
- Exclusive of shipping and delivery charges
Delivery fees will be charged depending on the pin code of the address.
CIRCADIA reserves the right to update prices at any time without prior notice.
4. Order Confirmation
An order is considered confirmed once an order confirmation is issued by CIRCADIA.
Once an order is confirmed, production begins and the order cannot be cancelled or modified.
5. Shipping & Delivery
CIRCADIA currently delivers to select locations across India.
Because each mattress is made to order:
- Delivery timelines may vary depending on manufacturing schedules and logistics.
- Estimated delivery timelines will be communicated at the time of order confirmation.
While we strive to meet estimated delivery timelines, delays caused by factors beyond our control (including logistics disruptions, weather, or regional restrictions) may occur.
6. No Returns or Exchanges
Due to the custom, made-to-order nature of CIRCADIA products, all sales are final.
Mattresses and pillows cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded once the order has been confirmed and delivered.
Customers are encouraged to carefully review product specifications, sizes, and firmness preferences before placing an order.
Our team is available to assist customers in selecting the most suitable product before purchase.
7. Warranty
CIRCADIA mattresses are covered by a limited warranty against manufacturing defects.
The warranty may cover:
- Structural defects in the mattress core
- Manufacturing faults in stitching or internal components.
- Abnormal sagging under normal usage conditions
The warranty does not cover
- Normal wear and tear
- Comfort preference or firmness perception
- Damage caused by misuse, improper handling, or improper bed base
- Stains, burns, liquid damage, or physical abuse of the product
Proof of purchase is required to process warranty claims.
